Salerno Realty wanted a website that helps home buyers and sellers.
We built them an easy-to-use website that keeps property listings current and drives new leads into a sales system.

Lead Generators

Salerno Realty realized they could keep in touch with more home buyers if they collected their visitors’ email addresses, in exchange for access to information such as home sale prices. Spherika worked with the TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board) to pull data needed for this feature. We also worked with IDX Broker to ensure MLS sales listings were available on the website. The chat feature we added tied in nicely to complete the user experience on Salerno Realty’s website.

Since the website has been launched, Salerno Realty enjoys how beneficial these features have been. The lead capture allows them to follow up by email or by phone with potential clients they would not have reached otherwise.
